The registration and admission package fee is independent of the tuition fee and is non-refundable. It covers student Union dues, insurance, student identity card and school polo shirt.
The minimum initial deposit is paid upon registration or resumption at the beginning of the academic year.
The first semester fee is a top up of the initial deposit. Thus, the student must pay the complement to bring total first semester fee to the amount in column 4 on or before the 31st of January.
Level 300 students (second year HND) MUST pay all fees before the 31st of January.
Students who have not completed their first semester fees by the 31st of January, shall be denied access onto HIBES premises. Such students shall not be allowed to sit for their first semester examinations.
The second semester fees of 100 000 CFA for Level 200 (first year HND),MUST be paid on or before the 30th of April.
Sponsors who cannot respect this schedule can negotiate for an alternative schedule with HIBES, which they must undertake in writing and in turn respect.
Fee drives shall be announced and carried out when this schedule is not respected.
